Industrial Grade 2 Sided Mounting Tape - Usage: The very high bonding tape is perfect for smooth surfaces and is commonly used for various applications such as LED strip lights, trims, car registration plates, name plates, address plaques, signs, emblems, car holders, mosquito/bug screens, metal mailboxes, mirrors, hangers, toothbrush holders, photo frames, power strips, and other automotive and home office decorations.

This double sided mounting tape is made of industrial grade Acrylic foam tape, providing stability and excellent initial adhesion for permanent and reliable indoor installations, especially in exterior applications where extreme weather conditions and moisture resistance are necessary. The longer the tape is applied, the stronger it will adhere.

With a super sticky strength, this tape can withstand moderate to heavy mounting, with a peel adhesion of up to 20lb/in and a tensile strength of up to 90 lb/square inch, as tested on stainless steel. The weight it can hold is based on objects with a maximum depth of 0.75”.

The PE film liner may be hard to peel off without nails; in this case, use a knife to cut a bit of the backing film or pinch and stretch a corner of the adhesive until the backing liner lifts from the tape for easier removal.

In cold weather, warm up the adhesive side using a hairdryer for better initial bonding.

Note: Never use this tape on painted drywall, as it may damage the paint.
